Courtney's STORY

Courtney's birth experience was truly unforgettable. Despite the early induction for medical reasons, her labor lasted only 8 hours from the beginning of induction to the birth of her baby girl. Courtney's focus and strength throughout the process were remarkable.  She managed to fulfill almost every aspect of her birth plan and delivered without the use of an epidural.  Her family's unwavering presence in the room created a light, loving, and laughter-filled atmosphere, which undoubtedly contributed to Courtney's sense of empowerment. Guided by both myself and her medical team, Courtney navigated her birth journey with grace and determination. Witnessing her resilience and determination was truly awe-inspiring. Stories like Courtney's underscore the significant impact that doulas can have on a birthing experience. I am incredibly grateful that Courtney entrusted me to provide her with support during this momentous occasion.
